Sustainable development : Water treatment and filtration

How can water treatment save the planet ?

Reducing plastic bottles

We all deserve to live in a green environment. However, we rarely take responsible action to achieve this goal. On the contrary, almost all of us are contributing to the depletion of natural resources and the degradation of our planet. From now on, protecting the environment must be the responsibility of every citizen in the world.

We firmly believe that an ecological world is the result of eco-responsible actions taken by each and every one of us on a daily basis. We are investing in the development of innovative technologies for water filtration and treatment. These technologies will enable us to live in a clean environment, without plastic bottles, if we all play our part.

As a result, numerous studies have shown that drinking water from plastic bottles is dangerous. The presence of microplastics can damage your health and lead to the appearance of new diseases. These illnesses mainly affect pregnant women and children under the age of six.

However, tap water is not a better alternative, as it too contains debris and bacteria that are harmful to your health.

What are microplastics?

Microplastics, as their name suggests, are particles of plastic that can be microscopic or nanometric. Generally speaking, we find these microplastics mainly in mud or untreated water. Their excessive presence can lead to severe pathologies in the digestive and renal systems.

According to the National Institutes of Health, researchers have used imaging techniques to detect the presence of nano-sized particles called nanoplastics in single-use bottled water. These particles tend to multiply each time the bottle is re-used. Nanoplastics are distinguished from microplastics by their small size.

1 litre of bottled water, or mineral water, contains around 240,000 microplastics, almost 90% of which are nanoplastics. According to researchers at the National Institutes of Health.

Looking for a good alternative? Opt for water filtration equipment

Your well-being is our priority

As part of our ongoing concern to protect the planet from the harmful effects of climate change, we are investing heavily in water treatment, filtration and purification technologies for both professional and private customers. Our ultimate aim is to ensure that all 8.2 billion people enjoy healthy water. We have a wide range of products adapted to your water needs: at home, in the office and/or in cafés and restaurants.

Why should you opt for water treatment technologies in the future?

We advise you to opt for a water filtration device to save money. Whether you're at home, in the office or own a café and/or restaurant. Installing a water filtration system is good for your health.
